2023 in Numbers

Our impact isn’t always quantifiable, but we'd like to share some of the efforts from this past year that are measurable.  

From one signed lease with St. Paul Parish to 81 admissions applications, the CRJS team has so much to be proud of. We had over 6,000 individual users visit our website to learn more about our unique program. 9 staff members joined the team, with another 13 open positions added this month. 50+ volunteers helped with campus clean up, Open House, and created beautiful folders, giveaways, and more for our future students and community members. The Corporate Work Study Board has 9 professionals ensuring students have access to high-quality job placements, while 19 CRJS Board members support CRJS with their time, networks, and talents. 

The Outreach and Enrollment team made over 45 visits to schools, parishes, community organizations, and neighborhood events, sharing our mission with families in English and Spanish! More than 500 visitors toured campus and met with our founding team. 17 families attended application support sessions and 97% of applicants are students of color. Applicants come from 24 different ZIP codes and speak over 10 different languages in their homes.  

Our team spends countless hours each week developing a robust academic program, networking with potential donors, and laying the groundwork for successful job placements. Although we know an incredible amount of work is ahead of us, measurable and immeasurable, we are proud of all we've accomplished in the first half of our launch year.
