Athletics

At Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle High School, athletics are an essential part of our mission. Through sports, our students grow as whole people: developing discipline, confidence, resilience, and a deep sense of belonging.
We believe that every student deserves the opportunity to participate, to be seen, and discover their strengths, on and off the field.
Ready to represent the Wolf Pack this fall? Registration is now open for Girls' Volleyball and Boys' Soccer. Students interested in participating should complete their registration as soon as possible and submit all required forms, including a current sports physical. We can't wait to see our Wolves on the court and the field this fall!

Our Mission
We are committed to:
- Developing the whole student athlete through teamwork, resilience, and strong character
- Providing an inclusive, no-cut environment where every student can participate and belong
- Supporting growth beyond the classroom through meaningful athletic experiences
Sports Offered at CRJS

As we grow our athletics program at CRJS, we are proud to announce that we will offer the following sports during the 2026-27 school year: boys' soccer, girls' volleyball, boys' basketball, and girls' basketball. We look forward to announcing more athletic opportunities as they become available.
Why Athletics Matter

Belonging & School Pride
Students build meaningful connections with teammates, coaches, and the broader school community.

Identity & Confidence
Participation gives students a space to explore who they are and who they're becoming.

Connection to Mission
Sports are a powerful way we live out our commitment to forming young people of faith, purpose, and service.
A Culture of Growth and Belonging
At Cristo Rey Jesuit Seattle, success is defined by more than wins and losses. We celebrate:
- Effort, growth, and perseverence
- Leadership and teamwork
- The courage to try something new

Our teams are built on trust, encouragement, and accountability. Students are challenged to push past self-doubt, support one another through adversity, and grow into leaders both on and off the court or field.
One student athlete shared:
"Playing basketball at CRJS helped me push past my self-doubt and gave me the confidence to try something new and believe in myself."
Another reflected:
"Sports at CRJS are a positive and supportive environment where we can improve and feel confident in ourselves. That had a big impact on me as both a player and a person."
These experiences are at the heart of what we aim to create every season.
Building Something Meaningful
We are intentionally building an athletics program that reflects who we are. This includes:
- Mission-aligned coaching focused on mentorship and culture
- Strong program structure that supports consistency and growth
- Access to competitive opportunities that challenge and inspire our students
- Partnerships and community connections that expand what's possible
As our program continues to grow, so does our impact: creating more opportunities for students to participate, lead, and thrive.
